+ How can I get in touch with an IMB School expert advisor?
There are various ways of communicating with an advisor to clarify your queries: you can schedule a 30-minute phone call for personalised advice, book an Online Information Session, or request an In-Person Information Session at our facilities in Barcelona (BMAT Music Innovators) or Madrid (Sony Music Spain).
+ Which IMB School programmes are held in-person and which are online?
All of the Master’s Programmes combine in-person and online formats, although the percentage varies in each one. The Postgraduate Diplomas are 100% online, and their methodology combines live online classes, recorded sessions, and independent study.
+ What are the admission requirements?
Admission requirements vary depending on the programme. It is necessary to have a higher education qualification (Higher Education Technician, Degree, or equivalent) and/or professional or artistic work experience. Regarding language, a high level of English is required for any of our programmes, and a high level of Spanish is required for the Master’s programmes. + What type of qualification is obtained upon completion of an IMB School programme?
IMB School grants two types of qualifications: Diplomas, which are school-specific qualifications obtained upon completion of a full programme, and Digital Certificates for passing specific modules. The Master’s Programmes offer a dual qualification: an IMB School-issued Diploma and a Professional Master’s Degree diploma accredited by EUNEIZ. + What payment options do I have for enrolling in a programme?
If you are admitted, you will have 15 days to pay the reservation fee, which corresponds to 25% of the total tuition fee. You can make the remaining payments in instalments, in the amounts and quotas you desire, as long as the course has been fully paid for 2 weeks before the start of classes. You can also finance up to €6,000 during your studies with SeQura, subject to commission. Additionally, if you enrol early, you can access early bird discounts.
+ Does IMB School offer scholarships or financial aid?
Yes. IMB School has a scholarship programme in collaboration with our Scholarship Partners to support the talent of students who need financial assistance. The scholarships are partial and are aimed at students of Master’s programmes.
+ How does the internship programme work and which programmes include access to internships? Are they compulsory?
The internship programme works through the IMB Network platform, where we publish exclusive offers for our students from over 100 Internship Partners, including major companies such as Sony Music Spain and Primavera Sound.

To access the internship programme, successfully passing the Professional Development module is essential. These internships are not compulsory in any case, but they are highly recommended to complement your training.
+ What career opportunities do IMB School students have and What is the employment rate?
IMB School training is designed for students to take on a wide variety of roles in the music industry in areas such as music management (personal manager, tour manager, booking agent), recorded music (A&R, digital marketing, label manager), live music (concert promoter director, booker, production), and music publishing (publishing director, synchronisations).
