  2.  The creation of a private online network where the photograph, name, surname, contact email and the programme will appear.
  3.  All communication related to IMB Network and IMB SCHOOL. This information will be sent by electronic means to their contact details, including emails, always in compliance with current legislation on electronic communications.
  4.  The management of payments and collections of their IMB Network membership.

Legitimation: The user’s consent when registering through our registration form and by checking the box accepting the sending of information.

CONTACT AND INFORMATION REQUEST FORM

Purpose: To be able to respond to questions related to IMB School and to provide information on academic programmes, activities and news that may be of interest.

Legitimation: The user’s consent when requesting information from us through our contact form and by checking the box accepting the sending of information.

Conservation: Once your request has been resolved by means of our form or answered by email, if a new treatment has not been generated, and in the case of having accepted to receive commercial publications, until you request the cancellation of the same.

 

SENDING OF EMAILS

Purpose: To answer your requests for information, provide information brochures in digital format, attend to your requests and answer your questions or doubts.

IMB ARTIST TALENT CONTEST REGISTRATION FORM

Purpose: To facilitate the registration and evaluation of the data required to the artists as a requirement to participate in the competition and to be able to develop all the tasks and activities derived from the IMB Artist Talent programme, and from the collective projects IMB Label and IMB Festival. As well as to provide relevant information that may be of interest.

Legitimation: The provision of all information and documentation required in the form and the acceptance of the rules of the competition, which include this privacy policy .

APPLICATION FORM

Purpose: To facilitate the management of the information provided by the User in order to initiate the process that should complete the status of student in some of the IMB School academic programmes. Especially:

  1.  To proceed with the management, preparation and adequate follow-up of the course, including the management of the issuance of diplomas and the management of external internships in companies, when there are any, as well as the management of payments and collections that may be necessary for IMB SCHOOL and all those matters that derive from status as a student or former student.
  2.  Creation of a virtual private class where student profiles will be created, showing image, name, surname and contact email.
  3.  Send information about IMB School services that may be of interest to the student. This information will be sent by electronic means to the student’s contact details, always in compliance with current legislation on electronic communications.

Legitimation: The provision of all information and documentation required in the form, and the acceptance of the terms and conditions of contract.

Conservation: Until the registered user requests cancellation and then during the legally established periods of time.

 

FORM TO REGISTER AS A PROFESSIONAL COLLABORATOR IN IMB ARTIST TALENT CONTEST

Purpose: To facilitate the registration and evaluation of the required data to the collaborating creative professionals as a requirement to participate in the IMB Artist Talent programme and activities, as well as to provide relevant information that may be of interest.

Legitimation: The provision of all information and documentation required in the form and the acceptance of this privacy policy.

Conservation: Until the registered user requests cancellation and then during the legally established periods of time.

 

We inform you that the personal data you provide IMB SCHOOL through this form will be introduced in a computerised data file and will be used by IMB SCHOOL, directly or through collaborating entities, to proceed to send you information about the services of IMB SCHOOL that may be of interest to you. This information will be sent by electronic means to your contact details, including emails, always in compliance with current regulations on electronic communications.

  • In the case of the ADMISSION APPLICATIONS, the purpose is to manage all the admission applications for students that are received by IMB School, as well as to provide information about the activities and news that may be of interest to you.
  • In the case of NEWSLETTER, the purpose of managing all the records received is to be able to send them informative and commercial communications about the activities of IMB School (this includes training programmes, scholarships, information sessions, promotions and other related activities)and on events and news related to collaborators of the previous ones and the world of music in a broad sense.
  • In the case of CONTACT, the purpose of managing all requests for information is to be able to respond to applicants on issues related to IMB School. The data may also be used to provide you with information about activities and news that may be of interest to you.
  • In the case of the IMB NETWORK REGISTRATION FORM, the purpose is to manage all the requests to proceed with the registration in the professional IMB School network. The data may also be used to provide you with information about activities and news that may be of interest to you through communications specifically addressed to network members.
  • In the case of EVENTS, the purpose is to manage to attend an IMB Network or IMB School event. Likewise, the data may be used to provide you with information about activities and news that may be of interest to you.

Confidentiality

The personal data that IMB School may collect through the Website will be treated with absolute confidentiality, and IMB School commits to keeping them absolutely secret and guarantees that all necessary measures will be taken to avoid their alteration, loss and unauthorised treatment or access, in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation.

Assignment to third parties

IMB School informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties or organisations, except when such transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a processor. In the latter case, the data will only be transferred to the third party when IMB School has the express consent of the User.

User Rights

The User is informed of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, withdrawal of consent and opposition. These rights shall be granted within one month, which may be extended to two months if the complexity of the application or the number of applications received so requires. This is without prejudice to the duty to keep certain data in legal terms and until any liabilities arising from possible processing, or, where appropriate, from a contractual relationship, are prescribed.

The User has the possibility of filing a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency – http://www.agpd.es) or the competent body of the respective Autonomous Community, when it has not obtained a satisfactory solution in the exercise of its rights by means of a letter addressed to the same.

Any modification of this policy notwithstanding the foregoing will be published and noticed on the Provider’s Website and in the policy itself. For all of the above, IMB School recommends that Users read these policies periodically in order to be aware of any changes made to them.

The updated version of this Privacy Policy is the only one applicable for the duration of the use of the Website until there is another version that replaces it.

IMB School informs that it has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to ensure the safety of your personal data and avoid its alteration, loss and treatment and / or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, all in accordance with the provisions of art. 9 of the LOPD and Title VIII of the RLOPD.
